Cloning an RFID Tag to avoid paying for a duplicate

The apartment complex i live at utilizes Dormakaba Saffire RFID locks for security on the main entrance and the apartment unit deadbolts. They only supplied me with one RFID tag, and are telling me I need to pay a $250 fee to get a second tag.

Is this RFID system one that I could use this to clone myself a new tag with? And if I clone my current tag, will that render my old tag useless? (as in, does the system assign a new pass key to the tag every time I use a reader?)

Is a MD5 2nd Pre-Image attack possible?

I have to make 2 txt files that have differing contents for the first 30 or so characters after that it can be anything. Is there a way for these files to be different in those first 30 characters but still produce the same md5sum hash?

Getting MAC address of BLE device

So I bought these LED strip lights off of Amazon. They have an IR remote but there's also an app on my iPhone that I can use to control them. This seems to work through bluetooth, and in my phone's bluetooth page I can sometimes see that I'm connected to the device (sometimes I don't see it, weird) but there's no little (i) button to get more info.

Anyways, I want to intercept some of the bluetooth packets with an nRF sniffer. In order to do this, I need to figure out the MAC address of the strip lights, but I have no idea how to do that. I tried using the nRF Connect app on my phone, but there are a ton of devices named "N/A" and no device whose name indicates it's the right one. I also tried following some guide that told me to connect my phone to the personal hotspot on my PC, but that didn't do anything.

I'd really appreciate any ideas -- thanks so much!
