Camera activates when i use Google

Hello, I discovered something that may be of general interest, because it can be a very serious security problem in Android
For start, I have a ZTE axon M, a phone with 2 screens, and only one camera that acts as front and rear at the same time. So when I want to take a photo, it first launches a notification saying to change the screen (confirming that the camera was activated) the problem is that when I open random things in Google chrome (for example a news item) it activates the camera and then deactivates it (I know because a notification appears and then it changes the screen)

the question is why does google activate the camera? and does he do it with all of us?
