What is the best free vpn 2021

I know that some people will say that "if its free that your the product" and that is partly true, though, there have been times when that has been disproven with VPNs. With that being said would that mean that there are no free vpns that are really effective? I'm young(minor) and its hard to get access to money, so can anyone recommend good vpns? If you don't know any good free ones it would be nice to just put the best ones that you know and why.
