LOVE LETTER ?? help!

Ok so the thing is that almost one year ago I got caught on the street of my city with MJ and then got a fine that I never paid. In the another hand, I've been ordering from the DM two times for very very very little orders and I've always received them with no problems. Today I received one letter from the goberment of my city to be seizured and I was wondering if I should pick It, ignore It or what... Do you think Love letters come in this way or It should be the fine...? I should check It?? Damn. I was planning on doing another order tomorrow but idk if I should do It or not. Some advice?? Thanks!! (The orders are just little am of Lucy (5tabs) and 1pill of 2C...)
