Fully-Homomorphic-Encryption - Libraries And Tools To Perform Fully Homomorphic Encryption Operations On An Encrypted Data Set

About Fully Homomorphic Encryption
Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) is an emerging data processing paradigm that allows developers to perform transformations on encrypted data. FHE can change the way computations are performed by preserving privacy end-to-end, thereby giving users even greater confidence that their information will remain private and secure. FHE C++ TranspilerThe FHE C++ Transpiler is a general purpose library that converts C++ into FHE-C++ that works on encrypted input. The code, examples, and more information is in the

Hacking with QR code
So I saw a TEDx talk video from few years ago when a presenter "hacked" all devices from audiance via QR code, so I was wondering if it's still a thing and is there a posibillity to own someones device or at least do something harmful to it via QR code scan? Like if thats a thing someone could just spread a lot of malicious QR codes around and people are mostly dumb and will scan any barcode out if curiosity. I mean i know you can setup a malicious website that opens when QR code is scanned and it may ask you to download some payload or something but is there any more complex way to exploit a for example android device via QR?
