OneRuleToRuleThemAll.rule: is it any good?

do you recommend any lists or apps to make cracking easier?

im trying to crack my wifi password with OneRuleToRuleThemAll and a wordlist from crackstation.com

[im a hashcat beginner btw]

are there any apps that i can use that doesnt need to download a huge wordlist? i have kali on a 4GB usb drive and it would be nice to not have to use a giant 50GB wordlist if i have an internet connection

Can someone track my location or hack me if they know my IMEI number and phone number?

I've been getting really stressed the past couple of days after I showed a bookkeeper my phone, to look at ( I gave him the phone no longer than 1 minute and I'm 99% sure it was locked. The 1% chance it wasn't, and he found out my IMEI and ( he has my phone number too ) can he hack my device or accounts and can he track my location? ( I'm pretty paranoid )
