Long story short, my cat is dying so i need money for surgery and i thought i can really try my luck with this on... i was wrong, i bought 500$ paypal transfer for 70$ on "ALPHACARDS"

A friend sent me this Facebook link the other day on human/animal experimentation on the dark web - inspired by the centipede movie.

The article claims some big FBI bust in 2017 but I’ve never heard of it and wondered if anyone else had.

In general i found it astounding how the dark web is the perfect breeding ground for online myths...

Signal message App works for free

Can someone explain to me how this is possible?

I tried to send message over signal and accidentally turned on my mobile data, but remembered I have no money or MB to use on SIM card. However I then realized my message over signal was sent.

I kid you not, the data didn't go through for any other app, I didn't have WiFi, I am sure of it, google didn't load, nothing else worked. Only signal text messages could be sent and received (photos, videos weren't loaded and calls didn't work either, text only). I have kali nethunter on my phone and try to wiggle with it to see how the payload is being sent. Can someone explain this to me or try to explore, I am willing to post my wireshark pcaps and traceroutes.

I am from Croatia using T-Mobile, remember no money or MB to use, no WiFi, no SMS nothing. But data still carries out, with some voodoo and text payload is sent. I can ping some amazon server as it seems to be communicating with it.
