hacking: security in practice
Is it possible to hack into Backbones?
Hey everyone, I don't know shit about anything, more so when it comes to computers. But I just learned that the world is connected through wires that cross the oceans or below land and reach Backbones, what I interpreted as "Main internet servers". I'm probably butchering this, don't mind the ignorance.
The first thing that came to mind was "What if people actually hacked into backbones, wouldn't they be able to control whole regions, countries or continents worth of machines?" This sounds like something a Bond villain would plot, so I assume it's not doable, but why isn't it? Has anyone ever hacked into Backbones?

Annoying phishing? Too far...
Since I first posted something in this subreddit like 3 weeks ago, I have been constantly harrased by someone (or bunch of them) sending followers to offer only fans and what not. I get 1 time or maybe 2 times, but why to keep insisting the same phishing method if your target doesn't fall for it? I don't get it, I need your wisdom here guys.
I'm not a teenager jarkin at the screen or whatever, no way I will fall for only fans bot follower pron star 😂
Anyway to block follower subtmititons for good?
I'm new to pentesting and hacking so I don't get the logic behind these "temptations".
I read you guys, thanks in advanced!

If you are looking for an article to provide some guidance on passing the eWPTX v2, I just posted an article on my blog on how I passed on my first attempt using nothing but free labs and resources.
