Can someone suggest me a good course regarding facial recognition and identification?

I come across a number of violent and bad videos and I would like to help the local police to identify the victim and culprits in those videos.

But I don't poses the skills necessary to identify the faces. Is there any courses,tools or anything I can use to learn to identify faces.

What is your biggest regret of all time in learning hacking? And what advice would you like to give who's newbie?

Mine is: I attended College and wasted my 3 years of my life learning the subjects like chemistry, physics, English (subject), Hindi which had no value for future me, Instead I would have studied more hacking!

What tool is appropriate to create malwares for windows?

So, me and my friends want to create and send each other "malwares" to create 20 folders each time our computers turn on. We all use windows. It should be light and hard to be detected by avast. Should we use C, assembly or powershell?
