Citizens Pay Tribute to Victims of Police Brutality Despite Police Pressure

After removing the flowers left by citizens, Police blocked the Prince Edward Station to stop citizens from commemorating the victims of police brutality.

District councilors stood next to the cordon to guard and handle flowers citizens brought for the commemoration.

Seeing the councilors' hands filled with bonquets of flowers, some citizens brought carton boxes for others to place their flowers.

At 19:39, despite the intimidating presence of the police, many citizens were still flooding to the scene to pay tribute to the deceased and the injured during the prodemocracy movement.
