At around 16:50 in Yuen Long, sources said riot police had entered Yoho Mall and used pepper spray inside.
In Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbour City, many in black and wearing black masks were suspected to be plainclothed police. They questioned citizens and said a man had thrown dog food on the floor near the police. Police claimed it was a suspected misconduct in public place, while the man involved said that he had only accidentally spilled dog food.
