In a targeted operation to quell protests, the Hong Kong Police Force arrested medical personnels forcefully, en-masse, effectively preventing them from performing their duties to save lives and treat the injured.

In war time, intentionally targeting medical personnels is a crime against the Geneva Convention.

Roy Kwong is a lawmaker from the Democratic Party. He has been actively involved in the recent pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong. He has also been keeping a close eye on the Hong Kong Police Force during their operations, trying to ensure that they do not abuse their powers.

A post on Kwong's Facebook page said that he was attacked in the morning of 24th September
His neck was heavily hit, and he was conveyed conscious to the hospital. Lam Chek Yin, another lawmaker from the Democratic Party, said that Kwong was attacked in a car park of clinic near the Wetland Park in Tin Shui Wai, and was sent to Tin Shui Wai Hospital.

Lam said that Kwong was attacked by three men, and one of them was holding a video recording equipment. Kwong was assaulted and kicked in his neck. The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Wu Chi Wai, rushed to the hospital to visit Kwong. The Democratic Party expressed their anger and strongly condemns the violence, describing it is a premeditated and planned crime. Lam said that Kwong was on his way to his car when he was attacked.

We have seen a number of attacks on the offices of the Democratic Party, attacks on community officers, and the attack on Jimmy Sham Tsz Kit, the convener of Civil Human Right Front. These events clearly indicate that the primary target of the assailants are key people of the anti-extradition bill movement, in order to demoralise the Hong Kongers. He emphasised that they will not back down, and will press on with the five demands. They will also continually demand for the police to enforce the law impartially, and also for an independent investigation on the police for their abuse of power.

Lawmaker James To Kun Sun pointed out that it is unusual to record the attack, he suspected the culprits were paid to do so, as the purpose of recording is to give a substantial evidence of the getting the 'job done'.

The Police received the call at 10:15am, saying that a man was attacked and was injured in his mouth and head.

There were a number of attacks on key people of the anti extradition bill movement, Jimmy Sham Tsz Kit, the convener of Civil Human Rights Front, Chung Kin Ping, the applicant of the ā€˜Recover Yuen Longā€™ protest was also attacked in the beginning of October

13:00 Admiralty Pacific Place

200 Patriots Held a Flash Mob in Pacific Place and Sang Patriotic Songs. They Held Banners to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Republic of China

Supporters of the anti-ELAB movement often went to shopping malls in different districts and sang ā€œGlory to Hong Kongā€ this month. Patriots took reference and ā€œcounter-attackedā€ by singing the national anthem of the Republic of China. At 13:00 today (Sept 24), over 200 patriots held a flash mob at Pacific Place in Admiralty. They held banners with ā€œCelebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Republic of Chinaā€ written in traditional Chinese, and showed images of the national flag in their phones. They sang songs like the national anthem of the Republic of China and Ode to Motherland, and left quickly.

After flash mobs in IFC in Central, Amoy Plaza in Kowloon Bay, Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Olympian City in the Olympic station, MOSTown in Ma On Shan, over 200 patriots went to the atrium of Pacific Place and sang patriotic songs to show their patriotism and support to the police. They also chanted slogans such as ā€œSupport the Police, Against Violenceā€, ā€œChina Hong Kong Add Oilā€ etc. Securities there did not tell them to leave, but advised people nearby to beware of their personal safety. Citizens looked at them at the upper levels of the atrium, and some citizens in masks responded by chanting ā€œLiberate Hong Kong, the Revolution of our Timesā€ and singing ā€œGlory to Hong Kongā€. Patriots were triggered immediately and gave citizens their middle fingers. They kept scolding citizens and told them to ā€œremove their masksā€.

The patriots left systematically via Admiralty station after singing three songs. Reporters of inmediahk followed them, and saw suspected leaders put banners inside their bags and left via the MTR.
