1352 | Wyndham Street
Unarmed citizens tried to gather at Wyndham Street in Central, in protest of the National Anthem Bill, but they were forcefully dispersed by the police, injuring some. However, as soon as the police left, the citizens regrouped.

1358 | Pedder Street
The blue flag was raised multiple times at Pedder Street in Central. The riot police fired tear gas and pepper balls at the people. Some citizens were shot and injured. Others escaped by running into nearby shops.

Police established cordon lines outside Langham Place and encircled large numbers of civilians, while driving away reporters. Over 20 people were detained, waiting to be searched by police.

A man in white was wrestled to the ground and handcuffed. He was injured in the process, and officers bandaged his head wounds.

Guns and Bare Hands: Police Firred Pepper Ball Rounds towards Unarmed Citizens

At lunch hours, riot police dispersed citizens at the area around Peddar Street with pepper ball rounds. They hurled abuse at the citizens as they pushed forward. Multiple shots of pepper balls were fired, not seeming to stop even when the unarmed citizens were already retreating, who seemed to become targets of the riot police.

The shots caused the citizens to ran in fright, rendering themselves in a chaotic scene.

Citizen Violently Tackled onto Floor by Riot Police in Mong Kok

A citizen who tried to walk out onto Nathan Road was immediately tackled on to the ground by multiple riot police. The officers were waiting near the intersection of Nathan Road and Dundas Street.

The citizen was stopped and searched and was subsequently released. However, he was warned by the officer, who told him “Do not try to outplay us, because you simply cannot.”

From Mong Kok to Yau Ma Tei, teams of riot police officers can be seen stationed in every other street corner.

Police Arrest at Least 180 Civilians Including a Pastor in Causeway Bay and Central

A pastor was arrested at Causeway Bay outside Hysan Place. Citizens at the scene were agitated and had minor scuffles with the police.

An elderly citizen stated that the pastor was attempting to deescalate conflicts and called the reason for the arrest into question. Police stated that the reason for the arrest was that "the pastor was seen wearing a red shirt here an hour ago".

As of 15:32, it was reported that police has arrested around 180 civilians in Causeway Bay and Central.
