NEW 🚨: I’ve discovered pallets of cement bricks within striking distance of the ICE agents. There’s no other pallets around, some are in the back of the gate, but these are in front of the gate.

Multiple statues of law also permit Marines (and now Army as well per Hegseth) to assist this lawful mission of the NG.
It is dangerous, and possibly illegal (incitement of further civil disorder during an emergency) for Gavin to knowingly deceive the public about the President’s authority in time of emergency.
