Job interview ka sabse dangerous sawaal: 'What is your salary expectation?'. Is ek sawaal par 90% candidates ghabra jaate hain aur laakho ka nuksaan kar lete hain (wrong answer means low salary).

Golden rule yaad rakho: NEVER say a number first. Jo pehle number bolta hai, wo negotiation haar jaata hai.

Instead of giving a number, flip the question back professionally. Aap yeh keh sakte ho:

"Main abhi kisi specific number par fix nahi hoon. Main pehle is role ki responsibilities ko achhe se samajhna chahta hoon. Vaise, is position ke liye company ne kya salary range sochi hai?"
