The Career Accelerator is the first of its kind in Africa 16-week virtual career and leadership development program for young professionals who are committed to driving meaningful change within themselves, their careers, and their communities


The Career Accelerator connects research-backed concepts to practice, allowing the fellows turn knowledge into impact. We are hosting over 25 fellows from 3-5 African countries come August 2022.
