◆ لما الدكتور يكتب بالسؤال أنو ظهر بأشعة الصدر Chest X-ray
بقع بيضاء .. White patches
فهو يقصد Heart failure .. وتتذكر علاجات ال heart failure

◆ Butterfly appearance أو Bat wing
بأشعة الصدر معناها pulmonary edema
وقد تترافق مع أعراض الفشل القلبي Heart failure

◆ في حالة ال Hypovolemic shock
نعطي المريض دم Whole blood
ولكن قال الدكتور لو ما حصلنا دم ممكن نعطيه أي سائل متوفر مؤقتاً عشان ننقذه
وبترتيب الأولوية بيكون
1- Whole blood
2- Fresh plasma
3- Ranger lactate
4- Hartmann solution
5- Normal saline

Short P-R interval is in case of WPW syndrome
طبعاً P-R interval تمثل ال AV-nodal delay في ال ECG
في حالة ال WPW
Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome
يحصل أنو التيار ينتقل بين الأذينين والبطينين بطريق غير ال AV node
وهو عبارة عن مجموعة من العضلات القلبية اسمها. Bundle of Kent
فبالتالي ميحصلش Delay
وتكون ال PR interval shortened

For treatment of Cyanide poisoning ..
الدكتور قال أنو كان ال Nitrates تستخدم لمعالجة ال Cyanide poisoning
ولكن مؤخراً صاروا يستخدموا Hydroxycobalamine

ECG
1-Hyperkalemia
Long T.wave
2-Left heart failure
Longer&wider QRS complex
3-Cardiac arrhythmia:

-the space between two R.wave is irregular
-Stop of SA node ➡absence of P.wave
-Block of A.V bundle ➡long P-R interval due to delay inconduction
-WPW➡ short P-R interval because the conductio is very fast
-Ventricular arrhythmia ➡long duration then it become short and irregular in Q-T interval "Torsade di poinle"

4-Atrial hypertrophy
Left➡P.wave is M shape "p.mitrale"
Right ➡P.wave is long "P.pulmonale"

5- Acut myocardial infarction
Highly elevated S-T segment than angina

Cardiac temponade
In X.ray the heart appears as flask shape 90% of cause is viral infection

Aspirin
Is contraindication for childern,because if we give it to baby with viral infection may lead to Reye's syndrom (hepatic damage -encephalopathies)

🍂Tonsilitis-pharyngitis
Are the most common causes of hematouria in childern
