Сегодня 16.05.2025 в период с 10:30 по 11:02 GMT+03 (длительность 32 минуты) наблюдались проблемы с работой серверов Яндекс.Облако.
Технический сбой затронул инстансы вида:
- 5700ХХХХХХ
Во время сбоя часть инстансов могла быть в состоянии "Запускается", при вызове методов API, клиенты могли получать статусы - 500 (Internal Server Error) и 504 (Gateway Time-out). Отправка и получение сообщений выполнялась со значительными задержками. Во время сбоя на инстансе могла образовываться очередь сообщений к отправке.
На текущий момент работа сервиса полностью восстановлена. Все сообщения, добавленные в очередь, отправлены. Все входящие сообщения также доставлены.
GREEN-API работает в штатном режиме.

Во время сбоя часть инстансов могла быть в состоянии "Запускается", при вызове методов getSettings, getStateInstance клиенты могли получать статусы - 500 (Internal Server Error) и 504 (Gateway Time-out). Метод setSettings отрабатывался гораздо дольше положенного. Отправка и получение сообщений выполнялась со значительными задержками. Во время сбоя на инстансе могла образовываться очередь сообщений к отправке.
На текущий момент работа сервиса полностью восстановлена. Все сообщения, добавленные в очередь, отправлены. Все входящие сообщения также доставлены.

Сегодня 09.09.2025 в период с 05:14 по 06:43 GMT+03 ( длительность 1 час 29 минут) наблюдались проблемы в работе одного из наших микросервисов.
Технический сбой затронул инстансы вида:
- 55XXXХХХХХ
- 1101ХХХХХХ
Во время сбоя не работали методы downloadFile, uploadFile и sendFileByUpload, файлы не загружались и не отправлялись, медиа сообщения были получены без ссылок на файлы.
Все текстовые сообщения были успешно отправлены и получены.
После восстановления работоспособности системы все сообщения и уведомления были успешно отправлены и получены. Для восстановления ссылки на файлы можно использовать метод downloadFile
GREEN-API работает в штатном режиме.

Today, 09/09/2025, from 05:14 to 06:43 GMT+03 (duration 1 hour 29 minutes), there were problems in the operation of one of our microservices.
The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:
- 55XXXХХХХХ
- 1101ХХХХХХ
During the issue, the downloadFile, uploadFile and sendFileByUpload methods did not work, files were not downloaded or sent, media messages were received without links to files.
All text messages were successfully sent and received.
At the moment issues have been fixed. All messages and notifications were sent and received successfully. To restore links to files, you can use the downloadFile method.
The GREEN-API is currently running stably.

Технический сбой затронул только работу WhatsApp Proxy, все остальные микросервисы GREEN-API работали в штатном режиме.
Напоминаем, что мы разработали бесплатный Proxy сервер для WhatsApp. Используйте его, если WhatsApp в вашей стране ограничен.
На текущий момент работа WhatsApp Proxy полностью восстановлена.
