The attackers added a new contract to the crypto vault's whitelist, borrowed aBaswstETH, and transferred it to a contract controlled by the attacker. The systemic risk is currently limited, but there is a concern that the attacker's sale of wstETH could put short-term pressure on the price of LST tokens.
