🔄 Refund Policy

For items marked “Refund is available,” we personally double-check the quality so you can shop with confidence. If something doesn’t feel right, you can return it within 24 hours of delivery — simply send us a quick photo or video, and we’ll process it no questions asked. As long as the product is unused, undamaged, and the tags remain attached, we’ll refund 100% of the product price within 10 working days. Please note that return delivery costs are covered by the buyer.

🚚 Logistics & Delivery

After payment is successfully completed, your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days. The delivery method will be discussed with you individually and chosen based on your convenience and location. (BTS/Yandex/EMU)

Delivery costs are covered by the customer after receiving the order. However, if you purchase 2 or more tees, delivery will be free.

💳 Payment

Currently, orders are accepted with 100% upfront payment before production and delivery. We are actively working on introducing a 0% prepayment option for our customers in the future, but for now, full advance payment is required to confirm and process your order.

At the moment, we are using 180 GSM, 100% cotton oversized T-shirts in black and white colors only. If there are any updates regarding fabric, colors, or product specifications, we will inform you accordingly.
