Heavier penalties will be imposed on those who possess, use, or purchase e-vaporisers. From 1 Sep, etomidate will be classified as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act - using etomidate e-vaporisers could result in mandatory rehabilitation and supervision.
