Companies Act Update -

Latest revision to facilitate Ease of doing business for small companies

1. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) taken several measures such as decriminalization of various provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008.

2. Thresholds for paid up capital is revised from “not exceeding Rs. 2 crores” to “not exceeding Rs. 4 crores” and turnover from “not exceeding Rs. 20 crores” to “not exceeding Rs. 40 crores”.

3. Mandatory rotation of auditors is not required.

There are some concerns regarding M-Token FIPS certification. We have asked the vendor for clarification and reply is still not received from them.
As a precautionary measure, we are temporarily blocking download of DSC in M-Token from our CA system until further notice.

As Expected,

We are awaiting for the Official CCA Communication for both mTokens and Hyp Tokens. 😊

We shall be able to respond after that on both the tokens status. Till then keep using both tokens. We wont be commenting till that time.

PLEASE NOTE - Till now there is no official CCA Communication yet.
There are no official guidelines yet from CCA yet and it would take time to happen.
No tokens are going to get restriced on immediate basis.

If your DSC Certifying Authority has issued any statement, kindly ask them to share the CCA Notification first.

Kindly dont get Panic and dont come to any conclusions on the basis of
Announcements or Statements or Whatsapp status issued by your DSC Certifying Authority.

Having Half Information or Misleading Information is dangerous and may provide a loss to you.
