اهم الاشياء بالنسبة لهذا الجدول:
اول اثنين الvision بعده مامتأثر ف العلاج غالباً بس medical
بس من يتكون abcess اذا بعده ماداخل للعين ف اول شي راح يأثر ع الmuscle واذا صار داخل العين orbital abcess هذا بعد راح يدفع العين ليبره ف يصير exopthalmos والmuscle يصير بيها paralysis ف الpt بعد مايشوف و يصير irreversable اصلاً ف ضروري يدخل مستشفى ويتعاملون وياه ك حالة طارئة
واخر شي الcavernous sinus thrombosis يكون bilateral هذا اهم شي بيه .

2-Contact bleeding / AUB / Offensive discharge / Back pain= Cancer Cervix
3-asymptomatic /pain /mass ( abdominal )= Benign ovarian tumours
4-GIT symptoms + mass / cachexia= Malignant ovarian tumours
5-Pain / Mass / Ulcer / Contact bleeding (in addition to long standing pruritis valvae )= Malignant tumours of vulva
5-contact bleeding / mass / offensive discharge= Malignant tumours of vagina
