*Loin pain and hematurea suggest renal vein thrombosis

*Neurological complications suggest cerebral venous thrombosis

*Diffuse abd pain and tenderness suggest peritonitis

*Dyspnea usually due to ascites and pleural effusion

* in nephrotic syndrome usually there is no hypertension, no elevation in renal indices , no hematurea but can occur..

* classical features of nephrotic syndrome are :
Edema , hypoalbuminemia , protenurea +++ , hyperlipidemia

* most common cause in children is minimal changes glomerulopathy
*most common cause in non diabetic adults is membranaus glomerulopathy ..
