Prolong fever+ Sever joint pain+ Drink milk or cheese+ hepatosplenomegaly

8.Leshminaiasis

Prolong fever+ Pale and jundice+ bilateral+ cervical lymph nodes+ hepatosplenomegaly

9.TB

Fever+Sweating+SOB+ Cough+ wight loss
