3-Rosella infantum
high grade feve
febril convulsion
Maculopapular rash
appear rash -- absent fever
Child becom will
4-Scarlet fever
(Swan skin)
Slap cheek
Sore throat
Strowbery tongue
Rash on chest + fever
5-Chicken pox
all type of skin lesion+ itching
( papula ,veschile ,pasutule)

Prolong fever+ Sever joint pain+ Drink milk or cheese+ hepatosplenomegaly
8.Leshminaiasis
Prolong fever+ Pale and jundice+ bilateral+ cervical lymph nodes+ hepatosplenomegaly
9.TB
Fever+Sweating+SOB+ Cough+ wight loss
Prolong fever + Skin rash (Rose spot) on trunk +Prolong fever + bradycardia
