3-seperated renal function(transplant) = Tec 99m MAG3 (renogram)

4-confirm diagnosis of transitional cell carcinoma =antegrade and retrograde pylography

5-injury to the bladder=simple cystography

6-injury to urethra=urethrography

7-injury to Kidney=CT scan

8-posterioe urethral problems in male=voiding cystourethrography

9-Bladder tumour = cystoscopy +biopsy

راح اضيف عليها الاشياء المهمة اذا صادفتني

*in 1st trimester…..

وره شهر من بداية الحمل يبدي يطلع الGS من ال(inner to inner ) القياس

و بالاسبوع السادس يبدي (وره شهر ونص ) يبين الemberyo وابدي استخدم ال CRL ….

1-GS=8mm—yolk sac
2-GS=16mm——emberyo —at 6wks

*GS at 1st month

**2nd+3rd trimester:
1-biparital from 9wks to end of pregnency
2-weight =abdominal
3-femoral length —more acurte and easy

ملاحظة /قطر الNT اكثر من 3mm بحالة الداون
