I have actualized my guide on how to install Windows 11 with a local account. The methods include the ms-cxh:localonly trick in the OOBE, a special registry tweak (applies to OOBE), and my preffered autounattend.xml file method. The latter is the officially supported method by Microsoft, it is reliable and flexible.

For older Windows versions (if you are going to install one) I kept a few methods, including the bypassnro one.
