On the other hand, short-term holders (STHs) are having a rough time, as both the STH-MVRV Ratio and STH-SOPR have dropped below 1.0. This means that many of them are experiencing losses, possibly because they reacted too strongly to recent market fluctuations. The market recently sold off below $50K, but with only a slight deviation between the spent and holding cost basis, it suggests that the market may have overreacted.
