As an added protection for you, we have allowed driver-partners to request for 7 cancelations per week without affecting their performance. That means you can focus on driving and hitting your incentive targets!

What’s new?
You can now request for a system cancelation within the Driver app without having to call in, limited to 7 system cancelations per week that would not affect your performance (starting every Monday 12:00AM to Sunday 11:59PM).

⏰ Time for a stretch break! πŸƒ Exercise #8: Diagonal Trunk Rotation

Continue to engage in simple stretch exercises daily to improve your overall physical and mental wellness!

Sitting for long periods of time as your drive minimizes the rotational movement ability of your body. This may cause postural stiffness, resulting in your body not being able to effectively engage in everyday tasks.

To reduce the risk, try this simple exercise in between breaks – the diagonal trunk rotation.

Instructions

1⃣ Start in a standing position and lift your hands to the top left of your head.

2⃣ Wind down like a spring by rotating your upper torso to the right, keep your lower body square to the front while getting into a half squat position.

3⃣ Return to original position.

4⃣ Switch sides once you have completed on one side.

5⃣ Complete 2 sets of 10-15 reps.

The more active you are, the more energy you will have throughout the day!

⏰ Time for a stretch break! πŸƒ Exercise #9: Good Morning

Good morning, driver-partners!

No matter the season, engaging in simple stretch exercises daily is important for your overall well-being!

You may feel that your lower back muscles and hamstring (back of thigh) muscles are often strained from sitting in the car seat for prolonged periods of time.

Help to increase blood flow to your muscles and also give them a good stretch with this simple β€œGood Morning” exercise!

Instructions

1⃣ Stand up straight and drop your upper body slowly until you reach 90 degrees. Keep your back and legs as straight as possible.

2⃣ Slowly straighten your body back to a standing position.

3⃣ Complete 10 – 15 reps.

Based on expert’s recommendation, an average person should engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week!
