With our new Monthly Loyalty Rewards and other GoPartner improvements such as the Diagnostic Tool, we’ve been striving to better enhance your driving experience. Now with this new feature, your GoPartner app will automatically populate an estimated ERP fee at the end of the trip for your convenience.
Note: You can still confirm or edit the automatically-populated additional fees when necessary.
To experience these improvements for yourself, simply start driving. Do look out for the announcement for the iOS launch really soon!

With the March holidays approaching its end, we’re expecting to see a higher demand at Changi Airport this weekend (17 - 19 Mar) as families are returning to Singapore.
Additionally, a new flight season will be beginning from 26 Mar onwards, which would result in a further increase in flights and passengers into Singapore.
The higher demand for rides is expected to peak around 4PM - 8PM and 11PM - 3AM.

📢 PSA: Surcharge for Sentosa drop-offs
In case you missed it - the admission fee for entry into Sentosa will be returning from 1 Apr onwards! Do take note of these charges for Sentosa drop-offs and add this into your additional fees screen at the end of your trip accordingly.
Here are the island admission fees depending on the timing:
🕒 7AM - 12PM: $6
🕒 12PM - 2PM: $2
🕒 2PM - 5PM: $6
🕒 5PM - 7AM: $2
Note: You do not need to pay the admission fee if you are heading in to pick up a passenger, or if your passenger has documents to waive it, such as:
✅ Sentosa Staff Pass
✅ Sentosa Islander membership
✅ Hotel complimentary pass
In these scenarios, please use the manned entry lanes to waive the island admission fee.

Some drivers have reported issues with the income components in their Annual Income Statement. We’re currently looking into this and working closely with IRAS. We will provide you with updates as soon as we can. You are encouraged to submit your tax returns only after this issue is resolved. If you have already done so, do not worry, we will guide you through the process of amending your tax returns. Thank you for your patience!

Our GoPartner app encountered system issues last Thu, 6 Apr, that caused inconvenience to several driver-partners. If you were impacted - we understand your frustrations and sincerely apologize for that.
To make it up to affected driver-partners, we removed the performance requirements for daily incentives from 4PM - 11:59PM, as well as offered a one-time payout to driver-partners who were online for more than 15 mins between 4PM - 7:59PM, paid out based on GoalBetter tier. All eligible driver-partners would have already received this payout in their Earnings Wallet on 7 Apr.
We are committed to do better and will seek to continually ensure your driving experience is the best it should be. Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
