Look forward to more perks aimed at lowering your everyday operational costs, supported by the implementation of a platform fee from 9 March 2020 - a $0.70 flat fee applied on every trip (paid by customers) that will go directly towards initiatives designed to improve the experience for both you and our customers.
You can also expect multi-destination rides and a service quality program to encourage safer and more pleasant rides!

It’s time to get moving! Doing simple stretch exercises contribute to your overall physical and mental wellness.
Did you know that turning your head very often to look at blind spots and mirrors can take a toll on the neck muscles? Doing the neck stretch regularly can help relieve the strain!
Instructions
1⃣ Tilt your head left, right; look up and look down and feel the stretch around the different neck regions
2⃣ Hold stretch for 15 seconds per side.
3⃣ Complete 2 sets.
Stretches help to prevent stiffness and increase mobility!

Your hamstring (muscles located at the back of the thigh) is minimally used during driving, and it is usually in a compressed state if you do not move around in your seat.
To help with reintroducing movement and fluid into the muscles, you can engage in the hamstring stretch.
Instructions

As an added protection for you, we have allowed driver-partners to request for 7 cancelations per week without affecting their performance. That means you can focus on driving and hitting your incentive targets!

You can now request for a system cancelation within the Driver app without having to call in, limited to 7 system cancelations per week that would not affect your performance (starting every Monday 12:00AM to Sunday 11:59PM).
