Good morning from the Brazilian jungle. I'm getting my early vitamin D for today and doing some power washing (long live Kärcher!). Don't forget to go outside in the sun for at least 30 minutes a day. The higher your vitamin D blood serum level, the better your immune system will be able to protect you from pathogens. Screw the "vaccines" and praise the sun. ☀️
CNN: "that's how you spot the good guys."
This is Neil – Prof. Dr Neil Ferguson. He is a modelling professor and receives, among other, enormous amounts of money from the Gates Foundation (https://gates.ly/3sntdYn). His predictions so far can be considered wildly inaccurate. His horror scenarios regarding Covid also didn't happen (https://bit.ly/3xMIfIx), yet he is still receiving much uncritical attention from the media.

That's because the system requires fearmongers like him, Leana Wen, Eric Ding, Karl Lauterbach, and Co, as an informed and fearless society would cause their lies to collapse around themselves.
Individual responsibility and self-determination are more common in liberal and lean states. The current degree of paternalism is increasingly taking on authoritarian characteristics. In the following article, I explain why almost none of the official arguments concerning covid makes sense and why we must abandon the top-down approach.

The current Covid crisis isn't only a democracy crisis but also a vitamin D crisis. The drawback of living in a service society, meaning that most people have office jobs, is that it correlates with the vitamin D blood serum level. So the more we stay inside, the less we are exposed to the sun. Unfortunately, most jobs are from 8-17h, when the global radiation is the strongest.

That is why I am a great supporter of vitamin D supplementation to counter societal vitamin D deficiency. However, it should always be taken together with K2 to avoid vascular calcification.

A study from 2014 (https://bit.ly/2VWfJaA) showed the importance of vitamin D for the immune system. A 25(OH)D blood serum level of >50ng/mL reduced the risk of hospital-acquired infections a lot (https://bit.ly/3yW3A3j). Sufficiency studies on vitamin D concerning Covid show a similar picture (https://bit.ly/37Y85OZ), even though "sufficiency" is often misdefined as >20ng/mL.

The Fascist of 2021 Award goes to Michael Hammerl (https://bit.ly/2W5REOj), who wrote this piece of blatant propaganda for the Austrian newspaper KURIER (https://bit.ly/3gfa2eJ).

The harrowing factor of articles like this one is that they no longer hide their misanthropic convictions: mandatory vaccinations as a test run for future climate restrictions.

Cortisol is known as the stress hormone and is a silent killer. However, high cortisol levels also impact our activity level, sleep quality, wellbeing and cognitive functioning and are increased by: (1) fear & anxiety and (2) constant stress.

This is common knowledge. And yet, the global PR campaign aims at causing fear and panic, which in return makes a big part of the world population sick. In an ideal situation, the ministers of health and the media would inform us about the state of affairs and tell us not to panic. Furthermore, they would analyse the situation and data, and neither deprive us of our fundamental rights nor force us to take experimental drugs.

The most sickening part is that all of this happens simultaneously worldwide, showing that the global cancerous shadow governments and elites have more impact than we could ever have imagined.

My tinfoil hat is glowing... 🤡
12 STEPS TO LIVING A GOOD AND FULFILLING LIFE

1. Be positive (no, not the PCR kind of false positivity). Wake up in a positive mood and try to stay positive throughout the day. Be prepared to maintain this mental state in the upcoming days.

2. Foster good ideas. Your ideas make you since your ideas are your only tangible reality. Don't bother what others think of your ideas unless you want to get genuine feedback.

3. Develop meaningful relationships: work hard to cultivate and maintain friendships with quality people, explicitly showing your respect to those who deserve it.

4. Discover valuable resources and use them: intelligent people and good and profound books enrich your existence enormously. Even discussions on the internet (e.g. in my awesome telegram channel @goddek) can offer interesting insights. However, avoid spending too much time on toxic and manipulative online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. If you don't have money for books, access whatever you wish to read for free via http://libgen.rs.

5. Live with passion and purpose. You can only be excellent at things you're passionate about. This doesn't include habit-forming substances or activities such as alcohol, gambling, watching granny pr0n, or bring on social media all day long. But, as noted by Paracelsus, the dose makes the poison.

6. Have uplifting visions. Not only about what you want to achieve, but about who you want to become. Make a list of 3-6 points and put it above your desk, bed, or sunshade.

7. Have a plan concerning your visions. Your vision should be based on a logical sequence of ideas and executable actions. Doing so is crucial for attaining self-fulfilment.

8. Be flexible. Always be ready to adjust, adapt, and improvise in front of every obstacle – because obstacles are and will be inevitable, as the current utopian madness shows.

9. Get the most out of every day, making excellence a habit, and habits part of your daily routine. Try to improve one skill by 1% every day.

10. Eat healthy food (vegetables, fermented foodstuff, organic meat, fatty fish, fruits, herbs, etc.) and exercise at least 30 minutes each day. Try to avoid eating vegetable oils and sugars and sitting for more than 6 hours a day. Sitting is the new smoking.

11. Get outside. The sun is our life elixir. It doesn't only synthesise vitamin D but also has a way more complex impact on our metabolism. Supplementing with Vitamin D cannot replace sun exposure but should be taken complementary, especially during the winter. Take it together with Vitamin K2-MK7, Zinc and Magnesium (https://t.me/goddek/521).

12. Be eternally grateful as it will have a tremendous impact on your mood. Nothing in this life is guaranteed but death. Today is the perfect day to start living your life unconditionally.

All the best <3

Since Twitter banned both of my accounts (will hopefully get them back by taking legal actions) my friend Dr. Waldemar Züssen is going to publish all of my info threads.

I'd be happy if you followed him and also retweeted my important thread on gut health.

It's time for some science. Contrary to the mainstream media, I will constantly provide you with state-of-the-art knowledge about your immune system, give you insights into the human metabolism, and show you what happens behind the scenes of corrupted academia.

So when was the last time your government or the mainstream media (in case you watch it) informed you about key dietary components and their impact on your health? Contrary to that, how many times a day do you hear the claim that an experimental drug will solve all the problems even though Covid only accounts for a tiny proportion of causes of death?

This scientific article gives a good overview regarding critical dietary components, even though I'd exclude vitamin E here. I consider iodine more important, primarily to support thyroid function.

This is what we've been saying from the beginning: the vaccines don't work as promised because they don't lead to sterilized immunity. The latter means that the immune system can completely prevent a virus from replicating in your body.

As these available new studies indicate, vaccinated can carry the same amount of virus as the unvaccinated. The governmental legend that everybody should get the jab to protect oneself and others is consequently refuted, which leaves us only with the argumentation that the vaccines might reduce the severe course of the disease.

I see two issues with this:

1.) Asymptomatic vaccinated people are more likely to spread the virus to those who decide not to get vaccinated and thus pose a threat to the general public.

2.) Given that being vaccinated doesn't prevent the spread of the virus, everybody should be free to determine one's risk of taking the jab.

There is no single justification to keep moving on with mass vaccinations. This madness needs to stop now!

"If you don't want to get vaccinated, that's your choice. But don't think you can get on a plane or a train beside vaccinated people and put them at risk!"

I have the heart to speak the truth: Justin Trudeau is a bloody fascist!

Isn't it scary that we went from "wash your hands and stay home when you feel sick" to "everybody needs to get vaccinated because our vaccines won't work unless you get yours too" within one year? Herd stupidity is real.

This is what a debate about Covid vaccinations should look like. As a rather left-winged person, it's close to impossible to have such a conversation with my left-winged friends ("liberals" in the US). Within the last year, I learned to embrace and appreciate conservative world views, as conservatives and real liberals have shown to have a much higher degree of common sense.
