Let’s have a look at the features and outcomes of the "Covid scare" and what it shares in common with the “Red" and the "Muslim" scare. The following list contains ten characteristics that these perceived threats share.
1. Fear-based and globally directed
2. Media saturation with a bias toward fear
3. Data manipulation
4. Censorship of opposing views
5. Preceded by exercises mimicking the threat
6. Series of claims made that are later proven wrong
7. Response threatens democracy
8. Significant increase in wealth and power for a few; increase in social inequality
9. Increased government control of the public and reduced individual freedoms
10. Response kills far more than the original threat
It will take decades to treat the anxiety over the intangible and invisible enemy. Those who believe this psyop are most likely vulnerable to the next items on the agenda, too: cancel culture and climate change.

Extra virgin olive oil. 🫒🛢
I always claimed that olive oil should only be used for cold dishes and that one shouldn't take it for cooking food.
I have to admit that I was wrong. Some of you made me aware that this is an urban legend – so thanks a lot for providing me with novel scientific insights.

A Truth Bomb on Skin Color and Vitamin D.
Skin needs to be struck by sunlight to synthesize vitamin D, which is an immunoregulating hormone. Dark skin contains melanin, an effective natural sunscreen that reduces vitamin D synthesis.
The correlation of different skin colors all over the world (see attached illustration) is perfect with UVA/UVB radiation intensities. Neither cancer nor God or diversity had anything to do with the evolutionary pressure on the skin pigments. It's simply a health feature!
This explains why light skin was favored in dimmer regions such as Scandinavia as it boosted vitamin D synthesis.
Western lifestyles and religious practices, however, can have a serious impact on health. Office jobs or wearing burkhas reduces the exposure to sunlight and lead to serious vitamin D deficiencies.
But Dr. Simon, but why aren't Inuit pale skinned? Well, because their diet mainly comprises vitamin D–rich foods, such as oily fish.
How about African immigrants in Europe? Well, they will face serious health issues if they don't supplement with vitamin D.
How about Europeans in tropical areas? They should supplement with folate (vitamin B9) or eat lots of liver and eggs as intense sunlight can destroy folate in the blood of pale-skinned people.

But there are more factors that have an impact on your health/life. Most importantly, you need to be aware that your diet is healthy (most likely not what you consider healthy), and that you exercise sufficiently.
These methods are applied for thousands of years, and it is a miracle to me how MSM are not addressing this approach.

Shapira, who has said he was injured after receiving his third dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, revealed Twitter demanded he remove a tweet that said:
“Monkey pox cases were rare for years. During the last years a single case was documented in Israel. It is well established the mRNA vaccines affect the natural immune system. A monkey pox outbreak following massive covid vaccination: *Is not a coincidence.”
Shapira is a full professor of medical administration at Hebrew University and served as director of Israel’s Institute for Biological Research from 2013-2021. He has published more than 110 peer-reviewed scientific articles and is the editor of three academic journals.
Shapira also is the founder and head of the military medicine department at the Hebrew University and Israeli Defense Forces Medical Corps, and a senior research fellow at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism at Reichman University in Israel.
As director of Israel’s Institute for Biological Research, Shapira initially was the “driving force behind the efforts to develop an Israeli COVID-19 vaccine” until he “unexpectedly” quit in May 2021, The Times of Israel reported.
