We want to be fully transparent about what’s happened with our products and services recently, and how we’ve handled it.

Over the last week, several issues affected parts of the platform:

• Deposit delays — Our webhook system temporarily shut down due to error rate spikes, causing deposits to be delayed. This has been resolved, and safeguards are now in place to automatically restart the system if it happens again.

• App slow loading — A delay in our calculation process caused slower loading for some users. This has been fixed,and we’re monitoring the results of our optimization system to prevent recurrence.

• SE reward accrual delay (March 18) — Rewards were calculated correctly, but distribution was delayed by ~4 hours due to a timing issue. All rewards have now been fully distributed.

• Miner Wars access issues — Some users experienced problems loading or logging in during this period. The situation is being reviewed in our Technical Committee meeting on where we will define further steps for system optimization. Any issues experienced by the community should be reported via the link below.

Here are some practical tips 👇

1️⃣ Build around multipliers, not spells
Create a separate setup for each multiplier that matters to you. Keep setups minimal on low multipliers (x1, x2) and use full setups on higher ones (x4, x8).

2️⃣ Priority is your safety net
Place your most important spells at the top of each setup. If your budget runs out, only the top spells will be cast.

3️⃣ Start small, then scale
Start with a small budget (e.g. 50–100 $GOMINING) and let it run through several cycles. Use the daily estimate on the bot screen to understand real spending before adding more.

4️⃣ Keep your pinned spells updated
Make sure your pinned spells reflect the current meta before creating new setups. New setups are pre-filled with them, so keeping them updated saves time.

5️⃣ Combine bot + manual play
Use the bot on lower multipliers to handle routine rounds.
