Abror Akhrorov is the first student from Uzbekistan’s public high school to secure the prestigious Lester B. Pearson scholarship. He is now studying at Canada’s top 1 university, the University of Toronto!🇨🇦
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship will cover tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support for four years. UofT annually receives around 80,000 applications from around the world, making fully-funded scholarships extremely competitive (below 2% acceptance rate). Each year approximately 37 students will be named Lester B. Pearson Scholars.

🎉📣Congrats to Marjona Akhmedova for getting Fully-funded Scholarship to study in Italy🇮🇹
Marjona got admitted to one of the top research universities in Italy, University of Messina. She was awarded a fully-funded Italian Government scholarship to complete her Bachelor’s.
After enrolling in her university, Marjona immediately started visa process. Last week, her visa to study in Italy was 🎉approved.
Previously, Marjona was enrolled at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. After completing 1st year studies, she got direct admission into an Italian university, 3 year bachelor program.
We wish Marjona great success in her undergraduate studies in Italy.

📣Globstudy participates in the Belt and Road Initiative to advance economic, research and educational exchange cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
🇨🇳 The program is conducted at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China and fully sponsored by the Chinese government.
🤝Globstudy Team and representatives of academic institutions from Uzbekistan, including Samarkand State University and Silk Road University, discussed how to promote the academic and business exchange between the two countries, and to enable research opportunities in the fields of trade, economics, logistics and artificial intelligence.
As part of the program, participants visited companies and factories in Chongqing, China, such as SF Express, CQ International Logistics Hub Park, to learn about business and research opportunities.
Participants saw the practical applications of how AI and big data are transforming transnational trade and logistics, which encourages further research and collaboration.
In addition, there were multiple Chinese language and cultural exchange trips and sessions to help the professionals better understand Chinese enterprises and institutions.
Overall, the academic & professional program hosted by Chinese government and CQUPT under the frame of Belt and Road Initiative holds great significance for developing business and research opportunities, and for enhancing collaboration between China and Uzbekistan.
