These five years have been hell of a ride β an idea of people's ultimate competitive platform, born in a very local community of people truly passionate about the game, has turned into a massive trendsetting society.
We'd like to thank everyone who's been with us during these years β users, partners, staff members. Everything you see today and will see in the future is the combination of your contributions!

Subsuming Vortex and Ultra Paracosm have been swapped, with Subsuming Vortex now above at #17 and Ultra Paracosm below at #18.
This swap was made following an opinion from a mutual victor of Subsuming Vortex and Ultra Paracosm, who claimed the latter to be the easier out of two. Another victor of Subsuming Vortex who also has reliable progress on Ultra Paracosm does state the same opinion.

This placement is based on the opinion of the first victor, who has beaten poocubed and believes that Prismline is harder.

Artemis 13 has been placed at #1, above Society, with a list percent of 52%, making it the new Hardest Demon in Geometry Dash and ending a 83 days reign of Society. This change pushes Tidal Wave out of the top-5, COMBUSTION into the Extended List and idontknowwhatthisis into the Advanced List.
Despite the level supposedly getting a nerfdate down to the top-10, as implied by the verifier, the frame counter suggests that the changes were not significant enough to affect the level's placement in that way, even suggesting the opposite.
This, paired with the fact that the level took the verifier approximately 1,5 months to complete, compared to approximately one month to beat Society, leaves us to conclude that Artemis 13 is the new Hardest Demon in the game.

This placement is based on the opinion of a Every End victor who's got 71% on Herr Machine and stated that Herr Machine is definitely harder. With no more players expected to attempt this level anytime soon, we have decided to place it.

Based on the 11 opinions gathered, each of which had its own factors and biases, we decided to use a modified arithmetic mean to calculate the new placement and rely on that. The resulting outcome is also supported by the mutual victors comparisons given below:
β Defeated Circles won against Acheron with 71% winrate;
β Defeated Circles tied with Abyss of Darkness. Itβs worth noting that we currently have only two mutual victors of Defeated Circles and Abyss of Darkness in 2.2 version and they both are considered somewhat biased due to their experience on these levels;
β Defeated Circles lost to Spectre with 33% winrate and Avernus with 44% winrate.
