Gitem Sitem’s book reading and signing event returns, this time taking place at the National Palace on 6th September 2025.

The program will feature Habtamu Hadera (HabHD), whose poetry blends folkloric and contemporary influences, characterized by lyrical, philosophical, and often witty expression. He is also recognized as the first runner-up of the Ethiopia National Slam Championship 2025.

"ግጥም ሲጥም" ዝግጅት በብሔራዊ ቤተመንግስት በአዲስ ሐውስ ኦፍ ካልቸር ውስጥ ታህሳስ 25 2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 9:00 ጀምሮ ይካሄዳል።

በዕለቱም በገጣሚ ታዴዎስ አዲሱ "አያምንምና ቀድሞም ያልካደ" መጽሐፍ ዙሪያ ልዩ መሰናዶ ተዘጋጅቷል።

የግጥም ሲጥም አዘጋጆች ስለ መጽሐፉ ጸሐፊ ተከታዩን ብለዋል " ታዴዎስ አዲሱ በ2017 “አያምንምና ቀድሞም ያልካደ” ሲል የሰየማትን የግጥም ስብስብ ስራውን ካደረሰን ወዲህ በርካታ መድረኮች ላይ ተሰጥዖውን እያካፈለ ያለ ወጣት ነው።

The event features a program of poetry readings and discussions involving various poets and writers.

የተወደዳችኁ...

ቅዳሜ ጥር 30፥ 9 ሰዓት ብሔራዊ ቤተ-መንግሥት ሊካሔድ ተወጥኖ የነበረው፥ የ'የሰው መልክ' መጽሐፍ የማስፈረም እና የፎቶ መርሐግብር ወደ  እሑድ የካቲት 1 2018 ዓ.ም ተራዝሟል።

ይኽም የኾነው፥ ቀኑን ቆርጠን ካሳወቅናችኹ በኋላ ይፋ በተደረጉ፥ የኹለት ታላላቆቻችን (ሀብታሙ አለባቸው እና ሰሎሞን ሳህለ) የመጽሐፍ ምረቃ እና የፊርማ ሥነ-ሥርዐት መርሐ-ግብሮች  ምክንያት ነው።

አንድም በሥራዎቻቸ የኹላችንን ክብር የሸመቱ ታላላቆቻችንን በማክበር፥ አንድም ኹሉንም መርሐግብሮች መታደም በሚፈልጉ ታዳሚያን ተደጋጋሚ ጥያቄ መሠረት፥ ወደ እሑድ የካቲት 1፣ ከቀኑ 9 ሰዓት ማራዘሙ አስፈላጊ ኾኗል።

በመራዘሙ ምክንያት ዕቅዳችኁን ለሚፋለስባችኹ ወዳጆቻችንን፥ አስቀድመን ይቅርታችንን እናቀርባለን። የእሑድ ሰው ይበለንማ!

Out of respect for events by senior poets and writers (Habtamu Alebachew and Solomon Sahle) happening the same day, our event has been rescheduled to Sunday the 8th at 3:00 PM.

The book reading and signing event for "የሰው መልኩ" by Bereket Tesfaye has been rescheduled. Originally planned for Saturday, the program will now take place on Sunday, 8 February 2026.

​The organizers shifted the date to avoid scheduling conflicts with other literary events held by senior poets and writers on the same day.
