Предполагаемые инвестиции в проект 1,487 млрд юаней, а объем мощности составит 300 000 кВт (40 000 кВт ветряной энергии и 260 000 кВт фотоэлектрической энергии). Проектная мощность водородного производства 103 000 тонн в год, мощность системы хранения электроэнергии составит 45 000 кВт / 90 000 кВт/ч.

Думал, диды на россии снова вертелись в гробах как мясо для шаурмы, ведь потомки настоящих фашистов открывают глаза на теперешних - на россиян
Ну вот серьезно, вдумайтесь в этот уровень иронии:
премьер-министр Италии Джорджа Мелони поддерживает президента Серджо Маттареллу, который открытым текстом говорит, что современная россия мало чем отличается от Третьего Рейха.
На ком шапка горит? Кто возмущается? На манеже все те же - мария захарова, ртом которой кремль обычно оправдывает любые преступления, от убийств мирных украинцев до крышевания террористов.
А теперь представьте реакцию дедов на россии, если бы они узнали, что их потомки теперь защищают фашизм, а Италия, которая когда-то была союзником Гитлера, наоборот, осуждает этот мракобесный беспредел. Вот представьте ветерана Второй мировой, который в 1941-м бился с фашистами, а в 2024-м включил бы телевизор и услышал: Италия говорит, что россия ведет захватническую войну, как Гитлер, а МИД россии возмущается и требует уважения
Тут, честно говоря, даже метафоры не нужны. Факт остается фактом: наследники фашистского режима теперь разоблачают кремль, а наследники тех, кто воевал против нацизма, этот же нацизм защищают.
Конечно, если спросить у среднестатистического Z-патриота, он расскажет, что все это “провокация Запада”, что “Италия — марионетка НАТО”, а Маттарелла, очевидно, “русофоб”. А вот то, что россия методично уничтожает украинские города, ворует детей, пытает пленных и шантажирует мир ядерным оружием — это, конечно, “освобождение”.
Но в реальности мир уже давно все понял. Как говорится, если вся комната пахнет говном, возможно, проблема не в комнате, а в том, кто в ней сидит. Когда даже бывшие союзники Гитлера начинают проводить параллели между ним и путиным — может, пора задуматься? Хотя бы тем, у кого мозги еще не окончательно расплавились от пропаганды.
А если и дальше продолжать “не замечать”, то следующей стадией будет очередной “Нюрнберг”, только уже с российскими «не нацистами» в главных ролях.
Хотя Нюрнберг мне лично нравится - там военных преступников вешали, хи-хи-хи)

How to fight the stronger and win. Russia has a huge advantage in resources, but the Ukrainian intelligence services and the Armed Forces have learnt to exploit the enemy's weaknesses.
They turned its logistics into vulnerability, its army into a target, its infrastructure into a battlefield. The world has seen that small forces, despite the fact that it is mathematically impossible in principle, can deliver devastating blows to a much more powerful enemy.
War without a clear line of demarcation and sabotage is something we have also learnt a little bit about. For the West, the FSB and the Russian Federation's GRU are something cosmic and extremely scary. For Ukrainians, it's just the enemy, there's no time to look at what's written in the documents - he's dead and fuck him.
The bombing of warehouses, attacks on the Crimean bridge, attacks on military airfields and factories in Russia's deep rear proved that there are no unattainable goals for Ukrainians. The Ukrainian special services and the Armed Forces have created a new format of warfare - without clear front lines, where the enemy cannot feel safe even in their own barracks.
Drones are a top topic in general. Lectures by our drone pilots will be, or rather should be, very expensive. Because we are the first in the world to learn how to use them to resist a much larger army
While the world's armies are only testing drone technology, Ukraine has already turned them into the main tool of modern warfare. High-precision drone strikes, remote destruction of equipment, and even attacks on ships in the Black Sea are forcing a rethink of the role of aviation and artillery in future wars.
Intelligence. We could write about this for a very long time.
Ukrainian intelligence services have proven that modern intelligence is not just about undercover agents. The use of satellite data, artificial intelligence and open-source analytics has allowed the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine to destroy the enemy before it can strike.
Yes, there are still problems and they need to be solved, but... no offence, but the intelligence services of Western countries often cannot prove the obvious work for Russia, which has been going on for years, not to mention working preventively

Most of what has been done will hardly ever be talked about in public, but it is a fact that, despite the impressive difference in budget, we are doing quite well in resisting Russia.
And yes, this is the merit not only of Ukraine's special services, but also of ordinary people who made Russia burn more than one billion dollars.
Adaptability and speed of decision-making is also something we can add to our assets. Ukrainian special services work in a mode of constant improvisation. They do not have the luxury of long strategic planning, as NATO does.
They act quickly, seize every opportunity, and very often react immediately to changes. The world's intelligence agencies, which are used to bureaucracy, have a lot to learn from us.
Again, we can do better, there are things that need to be changed. But the time for decision-making is minimal. This is what gives Ukraine a chance to make mistakes and correct them, even in the middle of operations.
Ukrainians have realised Russia's weakness in decision-making and approval and have learnt to exploit it in practice. Western partners, on the other hand, have only theoretical knowledge of how to counteract the same agents of influence, of which they have thousands, tens of thousands, in the US and EU
We don't have time for bureaucracy, we have made it our speciality, which constantly ruins everything the Russians have been planning for years. Not a bad result, in my opinion, given the dominance of Russian agents in Ukraine and the difference in budgets.
Survival. Ukraine has shown that intelligence services can operate under continuous fire, in cities without electricity, under attack by drones and missiles. And not just survive, but do their job in conditions that would be catastrophic for most Western intelligence agencies.
Moral. Like it or not, the Ukrainian intelligence services and the Armed Forces have not only proved their effectiveness, they have rewritten the rules of modern warfare. They act faster, more accurately and more ruthlessly than the enemy. Their methods are already becoming a model for NATO intelligence services and the US Army. They are shaping the future of global security.
The world needs to recognise this and start learning, because what is happening in Ukraine now may become a new reality for everyone tomorrow.
Of course, we also have enough problems, but to resist Russia for more than 10 years in a row is a good result, in my opinion.

Дрони - це взагалі топ тема. Лекції наших дронщиків будуть, а точніше повинні коштувати ну дуже дорого. Бо ми перші в світі, хто навчилися за допомогою них протистояти набагато більшій чисельно армії

Ну, а потім поділитися своїми враженнями та емоціями щодо того, як «легко» дається здобуття інформації + як легко не потрапити на підвал
Протистояння російській агентурі: виявлення кротів, арешти колаборантів, розкриття диверсійних груп — цей досвід вже вивчають у Європі, де також активізувалася російська шпигунська мережа.
Знову ж таки - можна краще, є куди рости, є купа помилок і т д. Але погодьтеся шо це вже зовсім не той рівень, що був в 2014 році. Це атаки на моральний дух ворога, дискредитація його командування, використання медіа для ведення психологічних операцій. Про більшість того, що зроблено, навряд чи колись розкажуть в публічному просторі, але те, що, незважаючи на вражаючу різницю в бюджеті, в нас виходить доволі непогано протистояти рф - факт
І так, тут заслуга не лише спецслужб України, а й звичайних людей, які змусили спалити рф не один мільярд доларів.
Адаптивність і швидкість рішень - це також те, шо ми можемо занести собі в актив. Українські спецслужби працюють у режимі постійної імпровізації. У них немає розкоші довгих стратегічних планувань, як у НАТО.
Вони діють швидко, використовують будь-яку можливість і дуже часто моментально реагують на зміни. Світові розвідки, які звикли до бюрократії, мають чому повчитися у нас.
І знову - можна краще, є те, шо треба міняти. Але час на прийняття рішень у нас мінімальний. Саме це дає Україні шанс і помилятися, і виправляти помилки, тупо під час проведення операцій
Українці зрозуміли слабкість рф щодо прийняття та затвердження рішень і непогано її навчилися використовувати на практиці. Західні партнери ж мають фактично лише теоретичні знання щодо того, як саме протистояти тим же агентам впливу, яких в них, на території США та ЄС, тисячі, десятки тисяч
В нас немає часу на бюрократію, ми зробили це своєю фішкою, від якої у росіян постійно руйнується все шо вони планували роками. Непоганий результат, як на мене, зважаючи на засилля агентури рф в Україні та різницю в бюджетах.
Виживання. Україна показала, що спецслужби можуть діяти під безперервним вогнем, у містах без електрики, під ударами дронів і ракет. І не просто виживати, а виконувати свою роботу в умовах, які для більшості розвідок Заходу були б катастрофічними.
Мораль. Подобається комусь чи ні, але українські спецслужби та ЗСУ не лише довели свою ефективність — вони переписали правила сучасної війни. Вони діють швидше, точніше і безжальніше, ніж ворог. Їх методи вже сьогодні стають зразком для спецслужб НАТО та армії США. Саме вони формують майбутнє глобальної безпеки.
Світ має це визнати і починати вчитися, бо те, що зараз відбувається в Україні, завтра може стати новою реальністю для всіх.
Безумовно, в нас також вистачає проблем, проте протистояти рф більше 10 років поспіль - це непоганий результат, як на мене.
І останнє - викладачі в найкращих військових закладах США та ЄС будуть саме з України. Бо, крім українців, ніхто за всю історію не знищував росіян в промислових масштабах

On the abduction of people by Russians in Ukraine
I read an interesting article in El Pais: the newspaper raised a rather uncomfortable topic for everyone - the abduction of people by the Russians. Let me remind you that this is the largest daily newspaper in Spain by circulation

"The International Committee of the Red Cross believes that this is probably the largest number of missing persons in this context in the world. Among them are military and civilians

His lawyer also learned through his released cellmates that he had been tortured. In December 2023, the Russian authorities informed his defence counsel that he was no longer in Crimea and his whereabouts were unknown.
Being in one place or another is the closest thing to uncertainty.
