И самое главное - слишком много гробов на россии из Украины, миф о «братском народе» до конца разрушат те, кто чудом вернутся на рашку с войны - именно они расскажут то, как их убивали украинцы, а не «встречали с цветами». Именно те, кто поведают невоевашим кацапам ужасы войны в Украине, сделают лишь упоминание о войне с украинцами крамолой - россияне не хотят и не любят шоб их убивали в ответ тысячами, они считают подобные действия «неправильными»

Соответственно, желание не то шо бы пропадет полезть в Украину с войной у части кацапов… я бы сказал иначе это, немного:

вместо «приключения», «способа заработать» или «рассчитаться с долгами», Украина для тех, кто не нюхал пороха, превратился ментально в страшное место, куда не стоит соваться с оружием даже в мыслях, ибо там или убьют, или покалечат. Лучше ебаную Монголию завоевать попробовать - там хотя б не настолько ебнутые живут, как хохлы (но это не точно)

Далее. По поводу санкций. Вопрос спорный на самом деле, ибо нужно понимать то, как этим инструментом давления пользоваться

Нет, никто не говорит шо санкции рф лишь на пользу, это бред и неправда. Вопрос в том шоб понимать как сделать так шоб получить максимальный КПД

Нет волшебной санкции, которая закончит войну, ее никогда не существовало. И санкции, и военные действия, и военная помощь работают только с информационкой, которая доносится в самый низ, иначе все остается сложными словами для обычного русского нациста, который клепает снаряды на заводе для убийств жителей Украины

Мы знаем их, россиян, настоящими, а не теми, кем они пытаются казаться + не хотим иметь с ними ничего общего (разве шо стену ров с крокодилами на границе, не более того)

Их бесит от этого, ибо в их понимании мы все, украинцы то есть, «бракованные русские». Это мы, по их мнению «зомбированные», а не они

Поэтому вопрос не в голоде на самом деле, не в деньгах. В ебанутой реальности россиян они убивают украинцев «ради добра», они - хорошие, а украинцы, которые дают пизды в ответ россиянам - нет

Деньги вторичны для россиян. Они видят в убийствах украинцев свою «священную миссию» и верят в это. Даже если им не будут платить, они один хуй не прекратят работать на военных заводах рф и не перестанут стрелять ракетами по Украине.

Ибо, по их твердому убеждению, они, россияне, поступают «правильно» - они делают «услугу» этому ебаному неблагодарному миру, хоть он пока и не понимает то, от чего россияне «спасают» планету Земля

На сейчас заморозка, временное прекращение военных действий невыгодно рф - слишком много сказано и поставлено на карту + нельзя будет в условное мирное время спихнуть все проблемы на внешних врагов. По крайней мере, мне так кажется

С другой стороны, в москве может быть надежда шо Украину на эти два года или три бросят, украинцы хуй забьют думать о безопасности, после чего армия рф пройдет победным маршем аж до Львова

Но, повторюсь - все в наших с вами руках. Похуй шо хотят или думают себе кацапы - нехуй на них оглядываться, лучше делать свое и молча

Да, у нас немерено на самом деле проблем, вы сами об этом знаете, но заморозка почему-то для многих означает шо кацапы перевооружаются, дают после этого нам эпичных пиздов, а мы, пока кацапы перевооружаются, не делаем нихуя. Хз откуда такие мысли, если честно, мне непонятно откуда они взялись

I read a bunch of news today about the UK and the Russian spy ship incident and put it all together a bit to make it clear what we're talking about.

Here's what we have in the end

The UK could follow Finland's lead and seize Russian ships if they damage British submarine cables - this was the message from UK Defence Secretary John Healey this week.

Healy also commented on the damage to the power cable between Finland and Estonia on Christmas Day 2024 by the Eagle S tanker, saying on the ITV programme Good Morning Britain:

"Finnish commandos have boarded this tanker, it's been taken over by Finland, so countries like us can take action if there is damage or possible sabotage to the cables we depend on."

Healey voiced this position publicly after the British Royal Navy escorted the suspected Russian spy ship Yantar for two days in the country's waters.

According to the Defence Secretary, the Yantar, which is a Russian reconnaissance vessel used for reconnaissance and mapping of critical infrastructure on the seabed, entered British waters on 20 January. In response, a British submarine surfaced near the vessel, and a naval vessel escorted the ship through the English Channel until it reached the North Sea.

Reporting on the incident to the UK Parliament on 22 January, Healey said that he had "changed the Royal Navy's rules of engagement" to allow the British Navy to get closer to the Russian vessel and better monitor its actions.

Last November, the minister noted, the Yantar was already caught in British waters when it was "hovering" over the country's critical underwater infrastructure. He stressed that Russia is "dangerous but fundamentally weak" and that the UK is prepared to use the "strongest possible response" to defend itself.

"Russia remains the most acute and immediate threat to the UK, so I want to reassure the House of Commons and the British people that any threat will be met with strength and determination," the minister concluded.

On 24 January, the Russian Embassy in London said that Russia poses no threat to the underwater infrastructure of the United Kingdom or other NATO countries. However, Western countries, especially those bordering the Baltic Sea, have recently faced increasingly aggressive subversive activities by Russia, including damage to undersea cables and power lines.

In response to such actions by Russia, NATO recently announced patrols in the Baltic Sea to prevent further sabotage of undersea communications following several incidents in recent months involving vessels from Russia's "shadow fleet" as well as Chinese ships.

Speaking in the British Parliament on 22 January, Healey announced that the UK would send P-8 Poseidon and Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft to support NATO's mission in the Baltic Sea, and deploy the RFA Proteus surveillance vessel to monitor underwater infrastructure.

"We will not shy away from taking decisive action to protect the UK," Healey added in a speech to Parliament. "We are stepping up our responses to possible espionage situations to ensure that Russian ships and aircraft cannot operate covertly near UK or NATO territory," he said.

What we have in the end. I propose to predict possible changes in the rules of engagement (ROE), which may have already been implemented as part of John Healey's statements

But let's start with the simple or Rules of Engagement, which clearly define when, how and under what conditions the military can use force or perform certain manoeuvres. There are standard ROE for the navy:

Self-defence - the use of force is only permitted in the event of a direct threat to the life or safety of British military personnel, citizens or infrastructure.

Approach distance - ships may not approach potentially hostile ships within a dangerous distance (usually 500-1000 metres) unless it is necessary to monitor or prevent a threat.

Warning actions - radio messages or signals to change course if a vessel is engaged in dangerous manoeuvres, and warning fire in a safe direction if warnings are ignored.

Use of force - lethal force may only be used as a last resort when there is a clear threat to life or critical infrastructure. The rules also clearly state who has the right to authorise the use of weapons - usually the ship's master or fleet command

What has changed in the UK ROE after Healey's statement? In fact, everything

British ships can now approach Russian vessels at a shorter distance than previously allowed for closer observation and intelligence gathering

Instead of passive escort, the British Navy has been authorised to actively monitor the actions of enemy vessels, including the use of submarines and reconnaissance aircraft.

It is permitted to intercept the course of suspicious ships or restrict their manoeuvres in British waters, including the creation of physical barriers or deliberate approach.

The new rules may include the possibility of physical inspection of ships if they pose a serious threat, following the example of the Finnish commandos' actions with the tanker

Ship commanders have been given greater freedom of action on the ground to respond quickly to potential threats without lengthy coordination with higher command.

Lowering the threshold for response: while before the Amber incident, the British Navy could only act in the event of a clear and immediate threat, now it is likely to take precautionary action, including in cases where the threat is not clear but looks potential. For example, if a vessel is mapping the seabed or manoeuvring near cables, this could be considered grounds for more aggressive action.

Also, British ships may now be allowed to block the course of a suspicious vessel or use active interference, such as creating waves or using small boats to divert attention

Previously, firing was a last resort, permitted only in case of a direct threat, but now the rules have changed and warning fire is allowed earlier (shots in the air and fire in front of the ship's course)

If a vessel is suspicious, the Royal Navy may be authorised to carry out compulsory inspections of foreign ships in British waters, even without the explicit permission of the ship's master, including boarding and inspecting equipment that could be used for espionage or sabotage.

In addition, the use of underwater drones, which can approach a vessel without the crew being aware of it, has been agreed, and submarines can be authorised to manoeuvre on the surface near suspicious vessels to demonstrate their presence and force them to change course.

In the case of clear sabotage, such as damage to cables, the British military may be allowed to detain the vessel and use force if necessary to stop such actions, including damage to equipment or mechanical stopping of the vessel.

Whereas previously the British navy acted only in coordination with the command in London, now commanders in the field may be given the right to make decisions at their own discretion if the situation requires an immediate response.

And most importantly, all incidents involving submarine cables or other important infrastructure can now be considered by the UK as a potential act of aggression, not just a violation of international norms. In fact, the UK is abandoning passive surveillance in favour of active self-defence in its own waters, and is ready to sink and board Russian spy ships
