Polish Prime Minister Tusk: NATO begins total control of all vessels in the Baltic Sea, including in neutral waters.

NATO's operation, codenamed Baltycka Warta 25, to strengthen its presence in the Baltic Sea will last 90 days with the possibility of extension, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said in Helsinki on Tuesday.

Tusk was quoted by PAP as saying that it is not about "creating a new way of working, which would be a separate police mission in the Baltic Sea".

"However, we believe that NATO's response is sufficient at this stage," he added.

"All participants in today's meeting stressed that this cannot be limited to 90 days, that the countries bordering the Baltic Sea, including Poland, need constant and effective security monitoring. And we agreed to a 90-day period, but with the option of extending the strengthening of military control in the Baltic Sea," the Polish prime minister said.

Bottom line. Statements like these underscore the situation that Putin's "great geopolitician" policy has brought Russia to. In its attempts to confront the West and expand its influence, the Kremlin has had the opposite effect, instead of strengthening its position - an increasing number of countries are uniting to counter Moscow's aggression.

The Baltic Sea, which has always been a strategically important region, is now effectively controlled by NATO, and this is only part of the wider context. Finland's accession to the Alliance and Sweden's expected membership only strengthen this control. Thus, instead of creating "zones of influence" around Russia, Putin has personally contributed to NATO's expansion to its borders.

As for neutral waters. De facto, when Russia itself disregards international norms, it becomes obvious that its neighbours are beginning to create defence mechanisms that they consider appropriate. And if the Baltic Sea is becoming NATO's "inland sea," it is only the result of the Kremlin's failed policy.

I would like to remind you that the Baltic Sea is surrounded by NATO countries (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Denmark). This allows them to control key ports and narrow sea passages (for example, the straits between Denmark and Sweden).

Or, in simple terms, no ship can enter or leave the Baltic Sea without being spotted.

The constant presence of NATO warships in the Baltic Sea allows them to patrol key areas and inspect ships that are suspicious - even in neutral waters, ships can be inspected if there is a suspicion of arms smuggling or violations of international rules.

NATO has modern radar systems, satellites, patrol aircraft and drones that can track the movement of ships in real time, and the bourgeois have the technical ability to scan the waters with underwater sensors that can even detect submarines.
And most importantly, NATO members are constantly exchanging information about ship movements. This makes any unauthorised or suspicious movement visible and quickly controlled.

Прем'єр Польщі Туск: НАТО розпочинає тотальний контроль за всіма суднами в Балтійському морі, зокрема в нейтральних водах.

Операція НАТО під кодовою назвою "Балтійська варта 25" (Baltycka Warta 25) з посилення присутності в Балтійському морі триватиме 90 днів з можливістю продовження, заявив у цей вівторок у Гельсінкі прем'єр-міністр Польщі Дональд Туск.

Як наголосив Туск, слова якого наводить агентство PAP, не йдеться про "створення нового методу роботи, який являв би собою окрему поліцейську місію в Балтійському морі".

"Однак ми вважаємо реакцію НАТО достатньою на цьому етапі", - додав він.

"Усі учасники сьогоднішньої зустрічі наголосили, що це не може обмежуватися 90 днями, що країни, які межують з Балтійським морем, включно з Польщею, потребують постійного й ефективного контролю безпеки. І погодилися з терміном у 90 днів, але з варіантом продовження посилення військового контролю в Балтійському морі", - сказав польський прем'єр.

Шо у підсумку. Подібні заяви підкреслюють ситуацію, до якої росію привела політика “великого геополітика” путіна. У спробах протистояти Заходу та розширити свій вплив, кремль замість зміцнення своїх позицій отримав зворотний ефект — все більша кількість країн об’єднується для протидії агресії москви.

Балтійське море, яке завжди було стратегічно важливим регіоном, сьогодні фактично контролюється НАТО, і це лише частина ширшого контексту. Приєднання Фінляндії до Альянсу та очікуване членство Швеції лише посилюють цей контроль. Таким чином, замість створення “зон впливу” навколо росії, путін власноруч посприяв розширенню НАТО до її кордонів.

Щодо нейтральних води. Де-факто, коли росія сама нехтує міжнародними нормами, стає очевидним, що її сусіди починають створювати механізми захисту, які вважають доцільними. І якщо Балтійське море стає “внутрішнім морем НАТО”, то це лише результат провальної політики кремля.

нагадую, Балтійське море оточене країнами НАТО (Фінляндія, Естонія, Латвія, Литва, Польща, Німеччина, Данія). Це дозволяє їм контролювати ключові порти і вузькі морські проходи (наприклад, протоки між Данією і Швецією).

Ну або простими словами: жоден корабель не зможе увійти чи вийти з Балтійського моря без того, щоб бути поміченим.

Постійна присутність військових кораблів НАТО в Балтійському морі дозволяє патрулювати ключові зони і перевіряти судна, які викликають підозру - навіть в нейтральних водах кораблі можуть бути оглянуті, якщо існують підозри на контрабанду зброї або порушення міжнародних правил.

НАТО має в наявності сучасні радіолокаційні системи, супутники, патрульні літаки і безпілотники, які здатні відстежувати переміщення кораблів у режимі реального часу + у буржуїв є технічна можливість сканування вод за допомогою підводних сенсорів, які можуть виявляти навіть підводні човни.

І найголовніше - члени НАТО постійно обмінюються інформацією про рух суден. Це робить будь-який несанкціонований або підозрілий рух помітним і швидко контрольованим.

We must isolate russia. An article from the former UK Defence Secretary

Preamble. Actually, the diplomatic mission shows that the title translates as "We must put Russia in prison and build high walls", but... but this is not important, really. What is important is who wrote it, and the author is Ben Wallace, a former British Defence Secretary. I quote the article in full

"Twenty-five years in power, and Vladimir Putin has left Russia in a worse state, not a better one. He has sacrificed hundreds of thousands of his citizens on the altar of his own ego. He has abandoned the rule of law, persecuted his opponents, invaded countries and waged a covert war against the West.

Not surprisingly, the result is a smaller, poorer and weaker country than when Putin first took office. It is a country that now has to kneel down to the ruler of North Korea for fresh cannon fodder.

It is also a country, although Putin does not admit it, that has become a vassal state of China. How the powers that be have fallen.

Well, the last three years have shown that this criminal and fascist regime goes far beyond a few old, hardened KGB officers. It turns out that the Russians not only support the invasion, but also support the use of torture, mass murder, assassination attempts and cyber attacks.

As in the case of Adolf Hitler's Germany, Russia's actions are possible only because of the broad support among its citizens. One of the features of the Soviet Union was the hundreds of Russian dissidents who bravely expressed their opinions or conducted exile campaigns. Nowadays, the number of such people is in the hundreds. Most Russians abroad in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Cyprus or European capitals believe that Putin is right (while protecting their sons from being drafted into Ukraine).

So what should we do with this bandit state? I believe that, like other gangsters, Russia belongs behind bars: prison bars of its own making. At the moment, despite the sanctions, Russia behaves as if nothing has happened. Our Western capitals and private schools are still full of wealthy Putin supporters. Russia has a 'shadow' fleet of ships that allows it to export oil, cut cables and transport smuggled goods. Well-known British brands are still sold in Moscow - brands we should consider taking action against.

So in 2025, we have to make sure that the West starts building high prison walls. We must patch the holes and lock the doors. We also need to use our collective diplomacy to put pressure on places like Cyprus, the UAE and Switzerland to limit the playgrounds of the Russian elite.

Just as we remove criminals from society, we must do the same with Russia. The irony of such actions is that it will completely refute the fake Russian narrative that NATO is preparing for an invasion. Let's face it - no one ever wants to break into a prison.

When it turns out that Putin has no real friends, the Godfather will look weak, and like any other organised crime family, his days will be numbered.

There will be those who say that Putin is not going anywhere. No doubt, such experts missed the collapse of Assad, the attempted coup in South Korea and the victory of the Taliban.

If the last few years have taught us anything, it is that all of our societies are more fragile than we think, and that dictators can fall.

Remark. Personally, it is news to me that at least someone in Europe has realised that the so-called "Putin regime" cannot exist without the support of its own people. You and I know very well that there is no "regime", it is a myth conveniently used by representatives of the Russian special services on business trips (not Russians).

No matter why, it just so happens that Russians as a nation need to be treated compulsorily in psychiatric hospitals so that they do not invent enemies with whom they must "fight" outside Russia. Because it's one thing to crucify yourself in front of Europeans, trying to prove that millions in Russia do not support Putin, and it's quite another to try to prove the same thing to a former British defence minister who is used to being held accountable for his words.

Next. Regarding the isolation of Russia. Personally, I have two feelings about this position

On the one hand, everything is logical - a great anti-Katsap wall solves many problems and provides jobs for Ukrainians for several generations to come.

Undoubtedly, the wall can be built as a structure, or it can be conditional, invisible (Russian? Then fuck it) - all Katsaps will simply be denied entry to civilised countries, under any pretext. But...

But the world has become fucking tolerant. Therefore, let's be honest: the statement about the isolation of Russians is a pink dream, nothing more. Because neither walls nor exile for having a Katsap passport is a way out of the situation, nor does it solve the problem with Russia. This is ignoring the problem and trying to shove it in your head in the sand, as if it will solve itself

But it won't - North Korea is a vivid example of this. Therefore, those who want to make Russia an analogue of Jucheland are at least mistaken in their expectations - it will only get worse

On the other hand, I clearly understand the fear of Europe and the United States about possible revanchism in Russia:

The bourgeois have all the levers to defeat Russia and establish democracy there, but they are quite right that in 5-7 years under democracy, the katsaps will elect a new Putin, and that the new Putin will be both younger and more fucked up than his predecessor.

The fear of a repetition of the German option with the rise to power of "offended" Russians is quite reasonable, but... but this has already happened in history. Therefore, I see no problem in doing to Russia what the United States once did to Japan - no aggressive Japanese came to power there after the surrender, the only question is the desire to solve the problem once and for all. And that's it.

I will say even more, isolation is what Putin, the ruling elite of Russia and the Russians themselves want. The vast majority of them are in favour of the Iron Curtain, concentration camps for dissidents and cutting off the population from independent media:

The Kremlin elite grew up in such conditions, and they are no strangers to it;

For some reason, the population still believes that if Russia is turned into North Korea, it will be like the USSR, but with iPhones and YouTube, but not Cambodia with Pol Pot as head of state and the Khmer Rouge.

Therefore, I disagree with the former minister's statement that the dictatorship will fall after Russia's isolation from the outside world. It will not.

On the contrary, such statements are a clear indication that part of humanity has not understood that if Russians starve in millions, it does not mean that they will go and start a revolution in their own country

This is an illusion. If Russians go hungry, Russian propaganda will quickly "explain" to them "who is to blame" for this, and that they should "be patient" and eat less for the sake of Russia, otherwise gays will come to Russia and fuck every Russian in the arse.

Hungry Russians will not blame Putin or Moscow for the failures of the economy - Russians always blame their failures on the external enemy, not on the pensioner-communists in power.

Hunger, human rights violations, lack of imported goods, quality medicines, the Internet, mass murder of their own citizens and other levers that work perfectly in a civilised society are not effective in relation to Russians. If, for example, 10,000 people are crushed by tanks in the centre of Moscow today, and the process is shown live on TV, nothing will happen in Russia. No one will come out and overthrow Putin's government.

These are the realities. And those who do not understand this are deceiving themselves, not others.

We already have the fact of how isolation works, as exemplified by North Korea - it does not work. The system, the regime that was there from the very beginning, not only did not die, it only evolved. Neither poverty, nor hunger, nor economic factors, nor the Iron Curtain, have yielded results in Iran or the Juche country. There is no smell of revolution there, the nation's flower has been destroyed several times in a row - the territories have turned into serpentine wastelands, the society is militarised and is not going to change anything.

The only way to destroy, to clear the territories of aggressive morons, is now to use weapons of mass destruction. And this became possible because of a misunderstanding of who humanity is dealing with, because of a false projection and a stubborn desire to believe that these people have the same values as you

With the Russians, it's the same shit, one to one. The trick is not to isolate Russia (although I'm against crocodiles with both hands), but to understand the values and psychology of Russians. For some reason, the EU and the US are still convinced that the values in Russia and in the US are roughly the same. But this is absolute nonsense:

Snakes don't eat marmalade and will never eat it, even if you somehow convinced yourself that you and these hissing laces are very similar. They are snakes, and they will bite you. And you will be to blame for this, first and foremost, not the snakes. They have always been like that, are like that, and will be like that

Epilogue or why so many letters. After more than 10 years of war, we see that only a few people's eyes have begun to open about the "ordinary Russians" and those who are keeping Putin in power

Isolation is good, no question about it. However, it is a conservation of the problem, not a solution. The only solution to the problems with Russia is the decolonisation of Russia and the creation of independent states on its territory that are not aggressive towards the civilised world.

And lastly. The area of North Korea is 120538 sq. km. The area of the Russian Federation is 17,098,242

Isolation of the Russian Federation means 142 North Koreas within one territory.

Maybe decolonisation would be better? As for me, 142 Juchelands for the whole world is not a good idea.

Що ж, останні три роки показали, що цей злочинний і фашистський режим виходить далеко за межі кількох старих запеклих кадебістів. Виявляється, росіяни не лише підтримують вторгнення, але й підтримують застосування тортур, масові вбивства, замахи та кібератаки.

Як і у випадку з Німеччиною Адольфа Гітлера, дії росії можливі лише завдяки широкій підтримці серед її громадян. Однією з особливостей Радянського Союзу були сотні російських дисидентів, які сміливо висловлювали свою думку або проводили кампанії із заслання. Цього разу кількість таких людей обчислюється одиницями. Більшість росіян за кордоном в Об'єднаних Арабських Еміратах (ОАЕ), на Кіпрі або в європейських столицях вважають, що путін правий (при цьому захищаючи своїх синів від призову в Україну).

Так що ж робити з цією бандитською державою? Я вважаю, що, як і іншим бандитам, росії місце за ґратами: тюремними ґратами власного виробництва. Наразі, незважаючи на санкції, росія поводиться так, ніби нічого не сталося. Наші західні столиці та приватні школи все ще повні багатих прихильників путіна. Росія має "тіньовий" флот кораблів, який дозволяє їй експортувати нафту, перерізати кабелі та перевозити контрабандні товари. Відомі британські бренди все ще продаються в москві - бренди, проти яких ми повинні розглянути можливість вжити заходів.

Тож у 2025 році ми повинні переконатися, що Захід почне будувати високі тюремні стіни. Ми повинні залатати дірки і замкнути двері. Ми також повинні використовувати нашу колективну дипломатію, щоб чинити тиск на такі місця, як Кіпр, ОАЕ та Швейцарія, щоб обмежити ігрові майданчики російської еліти.

Так само, як ми усуваємо злочинців із суспільства, ми повинні зробити те ж саме з росією. Іронія таких дій полягає в тому, що це повністю спростує фейковий російський наратив про те, що НАТО готується до вторгнення. Давайте подивимось правді в очі - ніхто ніколи не хоче вриватись до в'язниці.

Коли виявиться, що у путіна немає справжніх друзів, "Хрещений батько" виглядатиме слабким, і, як і в будь-якій іншій організованій злочинній сім'ї, його дні будуть злічені.

Знайдуться ті, хто скаже, що путін нікуди не йде. Без сумніву, такі експерти пропустили крах Асада, спробу перевороту в Південній Кореї і перемогу талібів.

Якщо останні кілька років нас чогось і навчили, так це того, що всі наші суспільства є більш крихкими, ніж ми вважаємо, і що диктатори можуть впасти.

Вінстон Черчилль якось сказав: "Диктатори їздять верхи на тиграх, яких вони не наважуються з себе. А тигри зголодніли". Російські вдови і матері скоро зголодніють...»
