Base:

Thunderbolt Rush:
* Initial cost: 12 (entering Thunderbolt Rush will cost both this + base dash, so a total of 20)
* Consumption during Thunderbolt Rush: 8.4/s
* Consumption during Thunderbolt Rush on water: 9.0/s (this is in addition to the normal consumption of 8.4/s)
* Jump during Thunderbolt Rush: 12
* Dash during Thunderbolt Rush: 8

Distance-based recover: 0.67/unit
