Null PIN submission
Embedded keypad + auto-submit on 6th digit. There is no submit button until we have more than 4 Pins (because some people have 4 and some people have 6 pin passwords), so submitting empty is structurally impossible

Button small / low-contrast
Eliminated. The keypad keys are the buttons — big, great for our rural persona too

No biometric hint
Fingerprint key lives inside the keypad, plus auto-prompt on launch when enabled (screen not implemented yet)

Chatbot competing for attention
Demoted to a quiet “Need help?” text link

Brand color everywhere
Exactly two brand moments: the active PIN cell and the Primary Button. Everything else neutral

No visibility toggle
the cells themselves — Holding it reveals digits re-masks when released

World Pick'em '26 — how it works

Predict the scoreline of upcoming matches and drive up the leaderboard

Predicting
Open /today, tap a match, set the score, lock it in. You can change any pick freely until kickoff — it locks automatically when the match starts. One pick per match.

Scoring
• 5 — exact scoreline
• 3 — right winner & goal difference
• 2 — right winner
• 1 — called a draw (wrong score)
🔥 Predict on consecutive match-days for a streak multiplier (×1.1 at 3 days, ×1.25 at 7). You also get one 2× boost token per match-day to double a pick.

🏆 Champion pick
Call who wins the whole tournament When the cup is won, everyone who called the real winner is ranked by who locked it earliest (longest-standing correct call on top): /champions.

🤝 Mini-leagues
Create a private league (/league create Name) and share the code so friends compete on their own board. The creator is admin and can rename, remove members, regenerate the code or delete it. Join with /league join CODE or an invite link.
