the staked track:
the vault is built. 2-of-3, the robot can only propose, 24h timelock on every payout.
the rules came out of a simulation, not a whiteboard. 200 runs on the house engines' real trades. the first draft paid lucky callers more than good ones. fixed before a single token was staked.
