And we are super pumped for the week💃🏽💃🏽

As we start our week, there is something I would like to share with us today.

As entrepreneurs, we often wear so many hats (for some people). You have to create content for your page, manage your social media pages, respond to customers, order new stock, speak to delivery guys, pack orders, produce and many more.

And to make things more interesting, some of us still have 9 to 5 jobs.

Let’s be honest, this can be quite a lot and if care is not taken, you can end up majoring on the minor. Spending so much time on the things that do not contribute to your business growth tangibly.

So how do you ensure you spend appropriate time on each activity? The answer is quite simple: PRIORITIZE.

The first thing you need to is make a to-do list and you then fill in the activities quite honestly in these boxes.

Everything you need to do this week falls under one of these boxes.

Categorize them accordingly and you will see an increase in your productivity this week.
