TLDR:
🧑🍳Molten brownies upgraded to have a chewy dense crust, offering an incredible textural contrast
🍫What makes it different? Most bakeries often use frozen or piped fillings to achieve that molten core, making it overly sweet.
To me, I've finally achieved a 'true' molten brownie, where the molten core is achieved relying solely on the batter using a carefully designed recipe and 24h baking process
👩🔬The baking technique is so temperamental that if I'm 30s off, the entire batch is ruined
❗️❕❗️Because of this precise baking technique necessary to achieve the unique texture and taste, only 120 brownies (10 boxes) are available per day because I value quality over mass production, so reserve yours as soon as possible!
