To further improve our services our company transitioned today from Kayako to Jira Service Desk ticketing system.
For all your emails to support@generalbytes.com or sales@generalbytes.com are from now on created tickets in Jira Service Desk.
If your email is referring to an old ticket from the Kayako system please don't forget to mention your old kayako ticket number (conversation id) so that our support staff can easily follow up on it.
If you are submitting logs from the BATM server to your ticket for example using ./batm-manage please don't forget to write conversation id in format GB-number.
In past months Kayako was experiencing downtimes and email responses were not being received or sent.
We believe than new ticketing system will bring significant improvements to stability and quality of our service.
