Important information - CAS upgrade needed.

GB CAS software uses 3rd party software library bitcoinj version 0.16.1.

This library contains a software bug that prevents CAS from downloading Bitcoin blocks higher than 849,138(mined yesterday)

As a result of this bug CAS software shuts down automatically after one hour when blocks are not being downloaded from bitcoin network after master service start.

CAS software is not the only product affected by this issue. (i.e. Bisq, Android Bitcoin wallet...)

More details about the library issue can be found here:
https://github.com/bitcoinj/bitcoinj/issues/3410

Mentioned issue is fixed in following CAS versions by including newer version of bitcoinj library 0.16.3:

Dear customer!

πŸ“At our recent GBDays customer summit in June, our team presented a new project β€” the Bitcoin ATM map. It is already in beta operation, and you can test it! We decided to implement this feature on our website to keep the additional traffic that comes, whether we want it or not, which makes up the majority of the bounce rate.

We believe that the proposed solution will be a win-win for everyone. We don't promote any specific operator and will never do so, giving end users the right to choose the closest and most convenient ATM nearby. Our main goal here is to attract more visitors to your locations, highlight ATMs produced by GB, and set this unified network apart from the competitors.

⚠️ To help us improve the UI and function as designed, we kindly ask you to enable sending all the necessary data via "Publish Settings" in your CAS web terminal. The most critical attributes for the best display of the map are "Operator Public Name,"Report Opening Hours", "Operator Website," "Terminal Limits" to see the transaction limits, "Show Buy Available" to see the coins you sell, and of course, checkboxes "Publish" and "Location". That way, you will provide the necessary data for our map and existing industry standards like Coinatmradar.
