The Categories of People in Regards to Knowledge - Sheikh Al-Albani
Thus, the noble ayah divides the people into two categories: The scholars and those who are not scholars.
The obligation of the scholars is to give fatwa (rulings) for those who are not scholars.
The obligation of those who are not scholars is to ask the people of 'ilm (Islamic knowledge) from what is evident from this ayah.
Each of these two categories have their obligation.
The one who is not a scholar "So ask the Ahlul Dhikr" (i.e.,) the scholars.
And the one who is a scholar, it is upon him to convey this knowledge otherwise he would be subject to the curse that has been mentioned in the Qur’an,
And the hadith of the Messenger ﷺ warning of it: "Whoever is asked of (some) knowledge and he hides it, he would be bridled on the Day of Judgement with a bridle from the Hell-Fire"

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim Raḥimahullāh said: “And as for congratulating Kuffār on the rituals which are SPECIFIC to them, then it is ḤARĀM (FORBIDDEN) by the AGREEMENT (of Fuqahā), for example congratulating them on their festivals and fasts by saying: ‘A happy festival to you’ or ‘May you enjoy your festival,’ and so on, so if the one who says this has been saved from Kufr, it is STILL FORBIDDEN, and it is like congratulating someone for PROSTRATING to the CROSS, rather that (congratulating Kuffār) is GREATER of a SIN with Allāh.
And it is MORE HATEFUL (to Allāh) than congratulating someone for DRINKING WINE, or MURDERING an INNOCENT SOUL, or COMMITTING ADULTERY, and the likes of it, and many of those who have NO RESPECT for their religion fall into that (error); without REALISING the OFFENSIVENESS of their action, so whoever congratulates a person for his DISOBEDIENCE or BID’AH or KUFR thus exposes himself to the WRATH and ANGER of Allāh.”

“Whoever performs a deed for the sake of Allāh and the Hereafter, can only stay on the straight path by having two restraints: to let his heart continually seek Allāh's Pleasure and the Hereafter, and restrain it from turning to anything other than that. And to restrain his tongue from that which is not beneficial, and constantly remember Allāh and that which
increases its faith and knowledge, and restrain his body from committing sins and indulging in lusts, and adhering to religious duties and recommendations.
He should maintain these restraints until he meets his Lord to free him from restraint to enter the widest and best of places.
And if he did not endure these two restraints, and indulges in lusts and desires, he will be punished with a horrible restraint while leaving this world.
Therefore, all those who leave this world are either freed from this worldly restraint or are going to another kind of restraint in the Hereafter. And it is Allāh Who Grants success.”

If you send one Salah upon the Prophet ﷺ:
Allah will send ten Salawaat upon you.
The angels will also send Salah upon you while you are sending Salah upon [the Prophet ﷺ]
Ten good deeds will be written for you.
Ten sins will be removed from you.
Your rank will be raised by ten levels.
And the more you send Salah upon him, the closer you will be to him in rank and you will be on the path to Paradise.
So, increase in sending Salah upon him, more so on the day of Jumu'ah.
