O you who steps forward towards such an end, with every moment that passes, yet act as if he does not know or understand! How can the heart sleep in tranquillity, while not yet knowing whether it will dwell in hell or heaven?

Ibn al Jawzi رحمه الله said,
"You are the most precious creature to Allah, so be content with what Allah has decreed for you, because he who loves never questions or accuses the one he loves.
The Grace of Allah upon you in all that He created for your sake is as clear as daylight, so how could you imagine that He would neglect when you are at the roof of it all?”

Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman said: I visited my father when I was very sad.
He said: What’s wrong?
I said: A friend of mine died.
He replied: Did he die on the Sunnah?
I said yes.
He said: Then don’t fear for him!

The Prophet said: None of you should ever die except while assuming the best about Allaah.
