### Allah does not give a soul more than it can handle.
This ayah comes at the end of Surah Al-Baqarah. It’s like Allah is telling us, “Everything I ask you to do and every test I give you is something you 'can' handle.”
The word 'burden' here means any responsibility, rule, or difficulty in life. And 'capacity' means your personal strength not just your body, but also your heart, mind, and patience. Everyone’s capacity is different. That’s why some things feel easy for one person but hard for another. Allah knows exactly how much you can take, and He never gives you something beyond that limit.
This verse changes how we see problems. When something bad happens, we often say, “I can’t do this.” But Allah is telling us the opposite if it’s in your life, then yes, you can do it. Even your pain is a sign that Allah trusts you to get through it. This also applies to worship. If someone is sick, they can pray sitting down. If someone can’t fast because of health, there are other ways. Allah’s commands always come with mercy
Losing someone feels unbearable yet somehow we wake up the next day, breathe, pray, eat. That is wus‘a the hidden capacity Allah put in us..
A new Muslim struggles to learn prayer, but step by step they get there. That gradual progress is proof Allah is only asking what they can do.

It also means Allah is fair. We are only responsible for what we can control.
The next time when you feel life is too heavy, repeat it to yourself: If I’m facing this, it’s because my Creator already knows I can handle it.

I wanted to touch upon speaking without knowledge and using "your own opinion"

I've seen a lot of people these days specifically speaking without knowledge, and using their own opinion to give advice or give a opinion on islam in general.

You should know that speaking without knowledge is a grave sin
Allah says in the Quran:
And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart – about all those [one] will be questioned.
(Surah Al-Isra, 17:36)

Say, 'Indeed, my Lord has forbidden... to say about Allah that which you do not know.'
(Surah Al-A'raf, 7:33)

This shows that claiming to speak on behalf of Islam or Allah without knowledge is a major sin.

Imam Ibn Taymiyyah said that speaking about Allah or His religion without knowledge is worse than shirk, because it leads others to false beliefs and misguidance.


Using your own opinion to interpreting religous matters or ruling without knowledge:

The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever interprets the Qur’an with his own opinion, let him prepare his seat in the Hellfire."
(Tirmidhi)

Dangers of all of this.

Misguiding Others:
Incorrect statements can lead others astray, multiplying the sin.

Corrupting the Religion:
Personal opinions can distort the purity and integrity of Islamic teachings.

Ego over Revelation:
Speaking from opinion suggests one’s views are equal to or above the divine law a form of arrogance.

Chain of Ignorance:
Unqualified speech spreads confusion, false fatwas, and weakens the Ummah’s understanding.

If you don't know something, or don't have knowledge. Just say "I dont know"
or "Allahu A‘lam"

And this is a form of strong iman.

It was said that Imam Malik was once asked 48 questions, and he replied to 32 of them with:
"I don’t know."

Conclusion of this is
Dont speak from your own opinion.
Dont give advice without knowledge.

You might even harm someone even though you intend good if you give advice without knowledge.
